The Alpha Lambda Alumni Association has taken a major step forward to meet its strategic initiatives (communications/events/fund raising) by hiring an administrative assistant. The position will provide administrative support, communication and organizational skills to the Alpha Lambda community and be structured as a part time independent contractor. ALAA is pleased to announce Coleen D. Keithley has been hired for the position and started in August 2008. Coleen will provide administrative support, communication and organizational skills to the Alpha Lambda community including: Alpha Lambda Alumni Association, Alpha Lambda chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon, Alpha Lambda Educational Foundation, Tau Kappa Epsilon Building Association and TKE Mom’s Club. Coleen is a 2001 graduate of Kansas State, lives in Manhattan, is married and the mother of four. Coleen’s last name will be familiar to many in the Alpha Lambda community. Coleen’s husband Alan is the son of Frater C. Alvin Keithley, #563, KSU ’65. Frater Keithley serves as Professor and Director of Regional and Community Planning in the College of Architecture at Kansas State. He is also Chairman of the Tau Kappa Epsilon Building Association.
